Vivo S1 has been launched in India as Vivo’s first phone to come with MediaTek Helio P65 processor . The S1 was launched firstly in the Indonesian market . It was informed by the company that the phone would be launched in other countries soon .

The Vivo S1 is the latest Vivo phone to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor . It comes with 6.38 inch Super AMOLED Full HD Display and features an impressive resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels . It is powered by the 2 Ghz Mediatek Helio P65 processor and runs on the latest Android Pie 9.0 . It has a triple rear camera setup with the primary camera being 16 megapixels, the secondary camera being 8 megapixels and third sensor being 2 megapixels .
The selfie camera is a 32 megapixel shooter and stands as the main highlight of the phone . It also comes with a massive 4500 mAh battery . Pricing for the Vivo starts at Rs 17,990 for the 4GB+128GB variant . There are two 6 GB versions as well : 6 GB + 64 GB at Rs 18,990 and 6 GB+128 GB at Rs 19,990 .
The Vivo S1 will be coming in 2 colours namely Skyline Blue and Diamond Black . There are special offers announced for HDFC cardholders as well as Paytm users . HDFC users can get 7.5 percent cashback while buying the Vivo S1 and Paytm users can avail Rs 2500 cashback . There are other tieups with telecom companies as well and details have yet not been revealed . Vivo S1 would be available online via Flipkart, Amazon as well as the Vivo store and will be available offline via Vivo Partners like Reliance Digital, Sangeetha extra .
The Vivo S1 will be competing directly with Realme’s Realme X and Xiaomi’s Redmi K20 . The phone also supports memory cards upto 256 gigabytes of storage .
